How we roll...

Alright, I know, I'm a sucky blogger. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm just finding it easier to post pics and quick stories on Facebook... So the poor little blog is getting the shaft. Feel free to just find me on Fb if you are DYING to get a more timely glimps into my life. Unless you're a creepster, then feel free to not find me... And feel free to go punch yourself in the face.
ANYWAY!
Yesterday morning Malak got overly excited about his spinach/banana/strawberry smoothie.

After green smoothies we spent some good, quality time with our friend Mr. Potato Head.

We ate his eyeballs...

We filled his butt with all of his body parts...

And of course we wore his specs, as every child has to do at least once in their life.

THIS lovely Saturday morning Mal and I let daddy sleep in and we made blueberry pancakes together... (And ate an apple, seeds and all)

He poured batter all over his leg...

And was then thoroughly grossed out by the batter after it so rudely got on his leg.

We were VERY excited about eating the fruits (and pancakes) of our labor!

(Also, I know I have about 7 whole friends who are gluten free but if you are one of those seven- this is the most AMAZING gf pancake recipe. Ever. Even our friends and family who eat like normal people love these and can't tell a difference. Make it. You'll love it.)

So that is what's going on here! It's awesome, I know. ;)

Thanks for the pancake receipe. Carl has to eat gluten free and all the pancakes I try to make for him taste like cardboard. At least to me they do. :)

What a cutie! And a "good" helper, as well. I think he is going to be a great cook. I just think it.
Hey, i like the spice racks! Did you put those up when you redid the counters? It all is so useful and cute. Are the racks from Ikea?

Love you!

Heather, let me know if you ever want more good GF recipes, I've found tons of great ones that we all love.
Mom, Yep got the spice racks this summer when we re-did the kitchen- after we dropped you off in Dallas we went to Ikea. You have a good eye... For Ikea, apparently. :)
