Boo. As you may have guessed since it took me a few hours to blog...we did not make it through court today. I am sad. Sad sad sad. So I don't have much to say. But the weird thing is that I had a dream last night that we did not make it through. Weird. Anyhoo, we have been re-scheduled for the 17th, which is next Thursday. So sorry to disapoint everyone...I'm so sad that we're the only ones who didn't get through. F.

I am so sorry for you guys. I know there is nothing I can say to make any of it better, but I will continue to pray for you all and especially for the court date next week. These delays, court dates, and waits for court dates don't make any sense. Hang in there.

Tara, OH!!! I am so sorry and feel for you all. That is just so, well, devastating. I will keep the prayers going, now for your consolation, and next week for a pass in court. That's our court date too, so we'll just hang in there and be edgy wrecks together. I am so sad for you too, but will hang tight for next Thursday! It'll happen, I know it.

I am so sorry! I know that when our court date didn't happen two weeks ago and we were told it was moved to April 16th, the new date seemed like forever away. I got myself a 1000 piece puzzle to work on if I started thinking about it too much. Just something to help keep my mind occupied.
We will be praying that time passes quickly for you and that God will grant your family favor next week.
I know words cannot help the disappointment you and your husband are feeling... but I am truly sorry. I was praying and will continue to do so until that precious little one of yours is home where he belongs... here's for believing for BIG things next week!

guys...we totally know the feeling!!!!! we had 2 court dates that didn't go through, i'm sure that won't happen to you guys...when our date went through, looking back...it was the perfect date, turns out the date it went through was exactly one year from our original adoption application date...i know this still sucks, but it's gonna be soooooo worth it! love you guys!
Praying for you guys....enjoyed reading your blog...we are just starting the process so it's fun for us to see those that are almost done!!!!
