Since I can't post a picture of my sweet boy I am going to give you a visual. Jay Z. He may look a little like the rapper/hip hop artist, Jay Z. We have had 2 or 3 different people tell us that he looks like him in this one certain picture...so it must be true! I personaly don't find Jay Z all that attractive...but imagine him as a 4 month old, with a huge cutie smile, big ole dimples and waaay more adorable. That is kind of what Malak looks like. I mean the dude is dating Beyonce so he's got to be pretty good looking! Anyhoo, there is your visual for the night.

Although, I have a patient who is a "frequent flier" on my hospital unit (she and her family are not the most- ahem- pleasent people ever) and we nicknamed her Jay Z, so the title of the post did throw me for a minute.

I would have never thought of that...but baby Malak does resemble Jay-Z.... Except, I don't think Jay-Z has Malak's gorgeous DIMPLES!
